for all orders placed with Creative Amusement Services, Inc. dba CASI/QLT.
When will
my order ship
All online orders will ship within 24 hours (next business day). Please note that tracking numbers are sent from QUANTUMVIEW@UPS.COM.
What if
something is out of stock?
In the rare event that a product is out of stock we will not hold up your
order. Balance of your order will ship on schedule and we will notify
you via by email regarding the product that was out of stock. We do not
hold a back order unless you instruct us to do so via email.
Is online
shopping at CASI/QLT safe?
Yes, we want you to be comfortable shopping online, and we understand
the concern about online credit card security. So, like other major e-commerce
websites, we take the handling of your important and sensitive personal
and credit card information very seriously. To provide maximum security,
we use industry standard and accepted SSL Secure Servers and Digital ID
Certificate Encryption Protection technology, which automatically encrypts
all information, including credit card numbers, before it leaves your
web browser to travel to us across the Internet.
The major
Web browsers, including Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer
versions 3.0 and above, use this technology. To be sure this security
technology is being used, in the Netscape browser look for a gold key
or closed lock on the top and/or bottom status bar, and in the Microsoft
browser look for a gold closed lock icon on the bottom status bar. This
encryption makes it absolutely impossible for unauthorized parties to
read any information you send us.
We also use
the added security of Address Verification. There is no risk. In fact,
shopping online at CASI/QLT is statistically safer than using your credit
card at a restaurant or department store.
Minimum
Orders
$25.00 not including freight.
Guarantees
All products are guaranteed against defects. We'll exchange it or credit
your account toward future merchandise. All claims on defective merchandise
must be made within 20 days of invoice date and an MRA (merchandise return
number) will be issued.
Pricing
Prices are those in effect at the time of shipment. We do our best to
maintain steady pricing. As market conditions vary, we reserve the right
to change them up or down. Not responsible for typographical errors on
any CASI/QLT web site or printed literature. Any orders that are calculated incorrectly by the shopping cart will be re-calculated by hand and you will be contacted with the new total.
Equipment
and Software Sales
All equipment and software sales are final!
Payment
CASI/QLT accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also mail us a money order.
Freight
All shipments are FOB Mt. Vernon, New York 10550.
Returned
Checks
There is a $25.00 service charge on a returned check.
Refused
Orders-Undeliverable or Orders with Improper Addresses
Freight charges on all shipments returned by carrier to CASI/QLT will automatically
be added to your next order.
Returns
Returns for CASI/QLT Credit only must be made within 20 days from invoice
date and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Merchandise must
be in new condition in complete packs or case quantities only. All returns
must be pre-approved and have an MRA (merchandise return authorization)
number. We are not responsible for returns without an MRA number. MRA
number must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
Disclaimer
CASI/QLT's maximum liability in the sale of these goods shall be the replacement
of any goods proven to be defective or incorrectly shipped. Purchaser
shall give written notice to seller within 10 days of receipt of order.
CASI/QLT shall not be liable for any consequential damages or loss of income
arising out of the use or inability to use any CASI/QLT product.
Shipping
Errors
They do happen. We do our very best. But in the urgency of getting your
orders out right away, a mistake does happen here and there. If we ship
the wrong item we will send out the replacement at our expense via UPS
ground only. We ask for your cooperation in shipping the incorrectly received
item back to us under an MRA number. Your CASI/QLT account will be credited
for the ground freight charges incurred to return any incorrectly shipped
product.
