Yes, we want you to be comfortable shopping online, and

other major e-commerce websites, we take the handling of your important

What payment methods does CASI/QLT accept?
We accept the following major credit cards from US residents:

Cashiers check and COD (Certified Check or Money Order). First time
orders are not eligible for COD. Please contact

Please include your phone number with orders. We will need to contact
you with shipping charges.
What type of shipping does CASI/QLT
offer?
We ship all of our orders throughout the U.S. and Canada
using UPS shipping. Standard shipping is by GROUND, however, other UPS
shipping options are also available.
Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground
an excellent choice for your shipments.
All of our UPS shipments are insured against loss and damage.
During checkout, your shipping cost will be automatically
calculated.
Foreign Orders:
Foreign orders are shipped by FedEx or Commercial Freight.
After the order is placed, you will be contacted with shipping cost
and payment instructions.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order,
and should arrive within the time allowed by your choice of shipping
method. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed the day before or on a holiday will be shipped the next
scheduled business day (Monday -Friday).
Please allow 2 to 8 business days for a ground package to
arrive once it has been shipped.

How will I know you've received
my order?
At the end of the order process, you will receive a confirmation
as well as an order number. Please note this information for your future
reference. This information will also be e-mailed to you shortly after
you complete your order.

What is your return policy?
1. All presses, printers, other equipment, software and
starter packages are shipped with the understanding that all sales are
final.
2. Returns on Defective Supplies
CASI/QLT will make every effort to accurately fill your order
with first quality merchandise. In the event a problem occurs, call
CASI/QLT and you will be issued an RMA#. CASI/QLT reserves the right to either
credit your account against future orders or to reship new replacement
product.
3. Returns on Non-Defective Supplies
Call CASI/QLT and you will be issued an RMA#. Merchandise must
be in new condition and in original salable quantity. No broken packs.
Case merchandise must be in original box with complete quantities. There
is a 20% restocking charge. Credit for merchandise, not freight, will
be applied to CASI/QLT account only.
4. RMA Numbers (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
RMA numbers will not be issued beyond 10 calendar days from
your receipt of merchandise. Once an RMA# is issued the merchandise
must be returned to CASI/QLT within 7 days. Please have the following information
ready when you call for an RMA #:

B. Company Name
C. Customer Number
D. Invoice Number
E. Reason for Return

5. CASI/QLT’s maximum liability in the sale of goods shall be
the replacement of any goods proven to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
Purchaser shall give notice to seller within 10 days of receipt of order.
CASI/QLT shall not be liable for any consequential damages or loss of income
arising out of the use or inability to use any CASI/QLT product.
The RMA# must be placed on the outside of the box. Returned
merchandise received by CASI/QLT without an RMA# will be refused.

Does CASI/QLT charge sales tax?
Because CASI/QLT is based in New York, we are required by law
to collect sales tax from New York State residents who do not have a
valid resale certificate on file with CASI/QLT. This tax will be added to
the total purchase price at checkout.

What is your pricing policy?
Our prices are those in effect at the time of shipment and
are subject to change without notice. We do our best to maintain steady
pricing. As market conditions vary, we may change them up or down. |
